Click is no longer actively trading or undertaking new development projects. This website remains online as an archive of the group's previous residential development, airspace and Build to Rent experience under the leadership of Aaron Emmett, former Managing Director of the group.

Aspire was a significant residential development project in Slough, reflecting Click Group's experience in Build to Rent, affordable housing and large-scale apartment delivery.
High-end studio, 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments situated less than 1 mile from Eton and only 2 miles from Windsor. The scheme benefited from excellent connectivity, including Slough Station, fast services to London Paddington and the Elizabeth line.

Corben Mews formed part of Click Group's airspace and rooftop development experience: two contemporary penthouses with views of the London skyline and Canary Wharf above a private gated community.
The project demonstrated the potential to create new residential value from existing buildings, combining design-led living space with secure access, winter garden features and adaptable open-plan accommodation.

An early value-add residential conversion project in Slough, Buckingham Gardens involved the acquisition of a vacant 38,000 sqft commercial office building in a prime town centre location.
The project progressed through planning for 68 residential units, including additional upper floors, demonstrating Click Group's experience in planning-led value creation, contractor appointment and complex residential delivery.
