As the former Managing Director, Aaron now a non-executive board member of the Group.

Previously Aaron was responsible for overseeing all aspects of this housing development business. Aaron navigated the Group through the Covid Crisis, with multiple contractors going into receivership on several schemes simultaneously.

Aaron maintained the relationships with lenders, and the supply chain, renegotiating and navigating the market turmoil in line with obligations to lenders . Promoting fair, albeit rigorous negotiations with the supply chain, and utilising trusted contractors (bound by stringent contractually lead obligations) he ensured delivery of the groups schemes whilst still outperforming the market and sales forecasts; Aaron looked to deliver rather than over promise, or walk away.

With a clear vision to fulfil corporate vision and obligations with Click, Aaron has led and managed the acquisition and development of range of projects including:

  • Sought planning for a previously undeveloped, unconsented site to deliver 238 outstanding homes, which have independently been described as the best quality homes in Slough.
  • Purchasing 11 bedsits in the shape of a Victorian Townhouse in Notting Hill for £3.5m, using a trade by trade approach, redeveloped/restoration to a single dwelling the current value is £8m.
  • Purchasing 112 Shenley Road, Borehamwood for £290k and Redeveloped and sold for £960k.

In 2020, Aaron was recognised as a 2020 RESI Trailblazer by Property Week; the leading news magazine, website and app for the commercial and residential property markets. The award was for spearheading the pioneering methods delivering AirSpace developments with the company Click Above.

Previous Experience

Site Management Consultants: Owner / Planning Director (2007 – Present)

Overseeing the planning liaisons, property management, estate management and planning consultancy of private property developments nationwide. Managing all aspects of obtaining planning permission that creates uplift in value of the estate.

Prospects Land Acquisitions: Owner / Acquisitions and Sales Director 2005 – 2009

Overseeing all aspects of day to day operations of this successful business, including a bespoke administration system. Responsible for maintaining strong and clear leadership, with a focus on direction and strategy for the company and also sets the values and goals of the organisation and the way it operates. Responsible for land acquisitions team dealing with the purchase and sale of land assets. Prospects Land specialise in acquiring strategic land with development potential, adding value through planning expertise, and constructing attractive resale investor packages. Offering property advice and services in rural, agricultural, commercial and residential fields. Successfully acquired and sold the first three sites in less than one year, whilst building a professional operating model and base.
